Lyra is also known as Aerial hoop,  one of our most popular class.
Our class is perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves physically and creatively while learning a new and exciting skill. 

Our experienced instructors will guide you through a warm-up, conditioning exercises, and techniques for climbing and maneuvering around the hoop. You will learn basic and advanced moves, such as spins, hangs, poses, drops, and transitions, as well as how to create your own sequences and routines. Our classes are designed to accommodate students of all skill levels.

Aerial Hoop is not only a fun and challenging activity, but it also offers numerous health benefits, including improved strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. It is also a great way to build confidence, express yourself creatively, and connect with a supportive community of fellow aerialists.
