Shanghazur CircusFit offers a diverse range of aerial courses suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our classes include aerial silks, Lyra, dance trapeze, and more. In addition, we periodically hold workshops that focus on specific aerial techniques, such as aerial cube, flying pole, Straps, Spanish Web, aerial net, duo Lyra, and duo trapeze.
Our classes are open to adults of any age, as well as children aged 8 and up. Whether you're interested in pursuing a career in aerial arts or looking for a fun and challenging workout, we have a class that's right for you.

Story of Shanghazur CircusFit

CircusFit Shanghai is the predecessor of Shanghazur CircusFit, founded in 2019 at the heart of downtown Shanghai. It was the first and only training centre for circus aerial performing arts in Shanghai, catering to students from around the world, including children, teenagers, and adults, from absolute beginners to advance.
In addition to regular training, CircusFit also offers an annual performing arts course, allowing all students to showcase their skills at Shanghai's most popular and beautiful cabaret theatre, The Pearl. For many students, this is their first-ever aerial performance, making it a significant and unforgettable moment for everyone. Thanks to this exposure, some CircusFit students have been invited to perform in productions at The Pearl.
CircusFit Shanghai was more than just a school; it was a community of passionate aerialists who came together to learn, train, share ideas, and have fun.
In 2023, following the relocation of its founder Hsien Ming, the school has moved to French Riviera (Côte d'Azur) - Fréjus / Saint-Raphael in the south of France and has been renamed "Shanghazur CircusFit," ushering in a new era of aerial community and training.
